Updated the serialization of objects to allow package to build on R 2.8.x.

Made three changes:
1) Updated serialization of cytoband objects in data/ to make package compatible with R 2.8.x.
2) Swapped usage of package hu6800 with its AnnotationDbi version, hu6800.db.
3) Added hu6800.db and golubEsets to the Suggests field in the DESCRIPTION file.
