Rtreemix
added the Rtreemix package and removed the bim package
pkgDepTools
Use dosize=FALSE in the vignette
Obtaining size estimates for packages via RCurl is time intensive
since a separate HTTP request must be made for each package in the
dosize=FALSE to speed processing for the BioC build system.
Output from getInstallOrder is now cleaner when no size information is
available.
